The questions are designed to uncover successes and failures in how well diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility are being supported in learning programs.
These questions were specifically designed to be used in learner surveys. We recommend that questions be selected from this compilation for their relevance and importance to your current goals and operations. We do NOT recommend that you use all the questions at once.
These questions are intended for use in all types of training or educational programs, courses, sessions, and webinars. With some minor modification, they can also be used for conferences, team meetings, and other group events.
