Who We Are

Bio Ingeborg

Ingeborg Kroese, EdD, MSc, designs and delivers world-class L&D programs. In addition, she conducts academic research and publishes her findings on the diversity, equity, inclusiveness and accessibility (DEIA) of L&D programs. Through Enhance Facilitation (https://enhance-facilitation.eu/ ) she works with learning professionals and their clients to ensure learning programs are equitable, accessible and inclusive. Ingeborg worked 15 years in corporate settings—in sales, management, and leadership positions, and since 2006 in L&D, globally. She brings business wisdom into her work as well as extensive research on Inclusive Learning. Her doctoral thesis was groundbreaking—the first research on how well learning and development teams were doing in integrating DEIA principles into their work.

Ingeborg is available for speaking, workshops, Inclusive Learning audits, Inclusive Learning train-the-trainer programs, and consulting on diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility in L&D. 

Bio Will

What Will Thalheimer, PhD, MBA, Consultant, Speaker, Researcher at Work-Learning Research. Will is a world-renowned thought leader focused on research-based practices for learning design, learning evaluation, and presentation design—and an advocate for learning professionals. Through Work-Learning Research (WorkLearning.com/), Will empowers organizations to build maximally effective learning-and-performance solutions and strategies. Will wrote the award-winning book Performance-Focused Learner Surveys (second edition); created LTEM, the Learning-Transfer Evaluation Model and the Presentation Science Workshop, and just published a new book, the CEO’s Guide to Training, eLearning & Work: Empowering Learning for a Competitive Advantage. He co-created The Learning Development Accelerator and the eLearning Manifesto.

Will is available for speaking, workshops, learning audits, consulting, learning evaluation projects, and learner-survey creation and reality-checking. Will also coaches learning professionals to enable and empower them to reach their goals.
