After-Training Survey Questions to Measure Your Success in Including All Your Learners
We are pleased to introduce a list of Learner Survey Questions that measure how well a learning program includes all learners as full and valued participants. The questions are being made available at no charge to support learning-and-development teams in their efforts to ensure all learners can participate fully in learning.
These questions have gone through extensive development over three years and more than a twenty iterations. We, Ingeborg Kroese and Will Thalheimer, co-developed the questions with support and input from leading L&D professionals and academics.
In addition, we conducted three pilot studies, including with a multinational consumer goods manufacturer, and two leading training providers—one based in the US and one based in the UK.
The results of the pilot studies have been compiled for an academic article, that has been submitted for publication and is currently under review. The study has been accepted for presentation during the Academy of Human Resource Development conference in February 2025, Washington, US.
